Ohio/Ball State under 60.5 (Bookmaker)- This is a weather angle play. If it weren't for the forecast, I wouldn't be on the under here. The forecast calls for heavy rain and sustained winds of 20 mph. There are gusts of 30-35 mph possible during this game. There are strong weather related systems in college football, and with significant weather and a high total the systems have been very strong. Ohio's defense hasn't been particularly trustworthy this year, but Ball State has been good defensively, and at this number I'll back the weather angle. Take the under.  *Note- I would expect this line to drop with the news of the weather spreading- but I would bet this one as low as under 59*
