Green Bay Packers Team Total under 21.5- The wind should (15-20 mph) should be an issue in this game, and that's bad news for a Green Bay offense that is already really bad without Rodgers under center. In five of their last seven games, the Packers have had 20 points or less in regulation. Cleveland's run defense is an area of strength, and with weather being a concern the run defense becomes even more important.
