*3 Star NFL Free Pick* The Carolina put a 38-0 beatdown on Atlanta very recently, and Atlanta has little left to play for other than pride. What week would they show up for and play with a lot of pride? It should be this one. Atlanta would love nothing more than to beat the 14-0 Carolina Panthers get a nice measure of revenge for the thumping they took earlier in the month.

Carolina is starting to get banged up, and the Panthers have to be tempted to play things a little bit more safely down the stretch in the regular season. Though they haven't been good at home this year, the Falcons have historically been very tough to beat at home in the past few seasons. 

More than 3/4 of the public money has come in on the Atlanta Falcons here, and yet the line has dipped a little bit. That tells me there is some serious sharp money on the underdog here. 

Carolina is a good team, and I won't be surprised if they win this game, but Atlanta plus a full touchdown at home is a very nice value in a game where they should be extremely motivated. Take Atlanta.
