*3 Star Free Pick* The Alabama Crimson Tide defense is the best defense in the nation. The Florida Gators offense has become one of the worst power five conference offenses down the stretch. They put up 9 points against Vanderbilt. They scored 2 points last week against Florida State on a safety, so the offense was totally shut out. 

Alabama's offense doesn't do anything tricky. They just line up and run it down your throat. Florida is one of the best in the nation at stopping the run, and I do expect Florida to play very hard in this spot. The Gators defense has consistently ranked in the top ten in the country this year.

Florida's Jim McElwain used to be an Alabama coach, and Nick Saban and he are still friends. I see this as a spot where Saban is likely to be happy to get out with a win and not run up the score too much. At the same time, I don't want to back Florida because I don't know if they can score more than 7 points or so. This number is low for a reason. Take the under.
